Now yesterday I get a letter confirming the letter. It is dated July 28 and today is August 9. I havent looked at moving bewcause they said the letter wasnt any good. When I do move, I plan to make the deposit an issue....as I believe EVERY tenant should every where, because this apartment would have to be "uncleaned" in order to make it like I was when I moved in. They also want to charge for carpet cleaning "as per the agreement" they wrote. So, the charged the person who lived here before for cleaning but never did it? Lots of crooked things coming up...but lets see how this plays out. 7.29.05....[C]2005 by Two Bits. It hasn't even been a week and now it's something new. The leak was finally fixed. It was the hot water heater that had been there since 1981. The pipes kind of disinegrated and had to be replaced when they put another water heater in. And, the maintenace phone message is actually dialing to something instead of just repeating itself. The only problem appears to be that it goes to Kelly. I left a message this afternoon around noon about the people upstairs who now have a puppy tied to the back stoop. I like dogs. No problem, though I dont know that my lease would allow it. The problem is that the dog whimpered and whine all night long. Did Oz call me back? Of course not. Do you think the dog situation was even addressed? It is seven o clock and I am hearing the dog already.
